Please complete this form as best as possible. The more information you provide, the better. However, we can also work with the smallest idea, exploring concepts and inspiration until we reach a design you are happy with. 

Refer to the collection page to view past and current jewels as inspiration/guidance when beginning your bespoke AnitaMo journey. 

Attach any imagery of the designs you are most drawn to with a small explanation of why you like these pieces to give an understanding of the background behind the commission.

Time frame: 

Custom orders typically take 2 - 4 weeks, depending on the time the request is made. 

A more accurate time frame will be laid out after receiving the commission request.

Please note that due to the jewellery's hand-crafted nature, timeframes can vary depending on design difficulty and gemstone sourcing. If you have a specific time frame to meet please let me know and I will do my best to work within your deadline. However, if this time frame is not possible at that current time, your commission may be declined.

Gemstones

Currently, my gemstone library is kept small and most stones are ordered on request rather than kept on hand. This is to keep within our slow design principles and allows for conscious stone sourcing. 

Please ask to see what stones are currently available on hand or make a specific gemstone request when completing the contact form. 

Repurposing/providing

If you would like to provide your own gemstone for your piece, please provide details of the stone and send images of the gemstones in question to ensure they are suitable for use and will work with your design.

Payment:

All commission pieces require a deposit, prices will vary from piece to piece. 

Once the final design has been confirmed, a deposit will be required before making can begin. 

Final payment is to be made upon completion before items are shipped. 

Shipping: 

Currently, shipping is only available within New Zealand and Australia.
